To protect against abuse, all testimonials appear after they have been reviewed by Management of the Business, and some comments on social media sites may be deleted if Management deem it necessary in order to retain the value and Brand ethos and principles we aim to share with others.

We share your personal data within our group of companies which involves transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

The CCPA took effect in January 2020 and was updated in December 2020. Although the Carey Nell Consulting Brand does not operate from a California base, we are protecting our Client rights if such Clients are residents of the State of California, USA.
The Carey Nell Consulting Brand does not maintain an online process for an individual consumer who uses or visits our commercial website and all its associated digital pages ( careynell.com ) or any other online service avenue to review and request changes to any of his or her personally identifiable information that is collected through this Site and/or any other online service avenue.
